Printing Lot Info

1. To print a list of the item info lot attribute standards in use in the system, follow the instructions in Using Lot Info to Step #4. Select Item Info Standards from the Select An Option ("name of the item info type" Item Info Standards window.

2. Select PRINT LIST from the top of the Select An Item - ("name of item info type") Item Info Standards window. Command options will appear, allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options. The report will list all of the items and the item info lot attribute standards.

The following information will display:

• Item – The item ID
• The item name
• Field names of the item info type selected and then the current item info lot attribute standards for the item selected.

2. Select Lot Item - by Item from the Select An Option ("name of the item info type" Item Info Standards window.

3. Select PRINT LIST from the top of the Select An Item - ("name of item info type") Item Info Standards window.

4. Command options will appear, allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options. The report will list all of the items and the item info lot attributes for the item info type and items selected.

The following information will display:

• Item – The item ID
• The item name
• Field names of the item info type selected and then the current item info lot attributes for each item and lot.
